This process begins with a preliminary phase, where we discuss basics and confirm preapproval. Then, we move on to the advanced phase where we set in in stone plans.

3) Estimate & Contract

You’ll receive a detailed estimate outlining project costs and timelines. Once approved, we’ll finalize contracts and schedule the build.

4) Pre-Construction Walkthrough

Before we break ground, we walk through everything with you—confirming plans, site prep, and answering any final questions. We want you to feel confident and excited.

5) Construction Phase

Now the build begins! From foundation to finish, we keep you in the loop with regular updates and check-ins. Quality, communication, and craftsmanship are at the heart of every step.

6) Final Walkthrough & Punch List

Once construction is complete, we do a final walkthrough together to address any final touch-ups. Your satisfaction matters, and we won’t stop until everything feels just right
